Company acting illegally

The copmany director himself is the workman carrying out repairs. He is unstable and aggressive, and threatened me with violence for asking him to stop illegally drilling into my wall before 8 in the morning. Avoid using this company if you'd like to avoid interaction with the police at your address, and if you'd like to remain on good terms with your neighbours.
