Walker Smale was established by Simon Walker and Michael Smale in 1996 after having built a strong professional relationship during their time working together for a large corporate estate agency.
Originally opening branches in Ilkley and Otley, Michael and Simon opened their third office in the village of Bramhope in 2000 before opening their fourth in West Park which covers North, West Leeds.
In 2007 Walker Smale opened a dedicated lettings department which covers the whole of Wharfedale and North, West Leeds. Occupying the first floor at our Otley Office, the busy lettings operation is run by Director Tony Dyer MRICS with support from our branch network for exposure of our property portfolio.
