Very Disappointed

I purchased my new Bathroom Suite from The Bathroom House, Gildersome. I spent a lot of money on it and 2of the items that I paid £1470 for are damaged. I am 56days on since first informing the company about the damaged items and have had zero understanding, empathy or effort from this company to resolve this matter for me. I have had excuses and no solutions. I feel completely disappointed and let down having paid such a large amount of money on these goods for them to brush off doing anything to fix this matter for me. I have now just had word that the person in question at the store who I am communicating with regarding this, is now on holiday, further dragging this situation on. I simply want some effort to fix or replace these damaged items that hadn't even been used and were found damaged upon being delivered to my property. I will never purchase from here again and wish I had gone somewhere else that would appreciate me as a customer. Disgusted at how I have been treated.
